The Villa owes its name to one of the most beautiful paved paths on the island, "Le Sentier Pavé de Bellemène", located a few steps away. Treat yourself to a beautiful bucolic walk on this renovated historic path dating from the 18th century.

If you're looking for a peaceful haven where you can escape the summer heat while still being ideally located for exploring the island, look no further.


HOUSING

The T6/7 villa is located on the heights of St Paul in a private subdivision.

You will enjoy a pleasant and sunny climate allowing you to recharge your batteries in complete tranquility.

After a busy day exploring the corners of the island, you will be delighted to return to La Villa du Pavé which offers all the modern comfort necessary to make your stay most enjoyable.

On the ground floor :

- a living space with fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen with island opens onto the veranda for your meals outside facing the swimming pool!

- the kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, etc. Include plates, glasses, cutlery, casserole dishes, frying pans and all other kitchen utensils and equipment (toaster, kettle, etc.)) are made available to you.

- two double bedrooms with x160cm beds

- a bedroom with 2 single beds x90cm

- a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet

- a laundry room with washing machine

Upstairs :

- a mezzanine fitted out with a connected flat screen TV (possibility of connecting to your NETFLIX account)

- a double bedroom with x160cm beds

- a bedroom with 2 single beds x90cm

- a bathroom with WC

Household linen such as sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided.

With this superb exotic wood terrace, salt pool 3.50 x 7.00 m (with alarm) sea view to enjoy a sunny swim!

A barbecue, deckchairs, relax chairs and a solar shower are also at your disposal!

The villa has private parking (2 spaces).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Bellemène is ideally located on the heights of Saint Paul at less than 300m altitude.

The area is quiet and benefits from a pleasant and sunny climate.

The main asset of the district is the immediate proximity of the Sentier Pavé de Bellemène and its village Lontan.


TRAVELERS ACCESS

Travelers will have access to all the rooms of the house and to outdoor spaces (terrace, garden, barbecue as well asthan the private swimming pool with sea view), apart from the garage.

Check-in is from 4 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m.

If the schedule allows it, and you wish to arrive earlier or later, do not hesitate to contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival, and we will come back to you to confirm whether or not it is possible to schedule another appointment. . . . . . .

Any delay beyond 45 minutes at check out will be charged €40.

We thank you in advance for keeping us informed as quickly as possible of any change in schedule so as not to penalize other tenants.

A supplement may be requested for cleaning the barbecue at the end of your stay if it has not been done (60€).


OTHER NOTES

Travelers are required to respect the internal regulations.

Parties and receptions are not permitted.
Access is not authorized to outsiders without prior agreement.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
Animals are not allowed.
